We recently installed a new Denver roof on Westminster home, removing all existing roofing and fully inspected the decking. We had to make some repairs to the decking that were caused by leaking.
We additionally built a cricket on the chimney and installed new Tamko Heritage shingles with a 30 year warranty. We installed ice and shield on this new Denver roof, as well as new pipe flashings and added additional attic ventilation.
This particular Denver roof was high and steep, which required us to wear safety harnesses and ropes.
